The particle average compressive strength tester is suitable for testing the strength of fertilizer particles in major fertilizer, fertilizer companies, grain and oil companies, agricultural colleges, agricultural product quality inspection and other units. The principle of measuring the average compressive strength of fertilizer particles using a tester:

Place the sample on the testing plate of the instrument, start the instrument to test the sample, and measure the maximum downforce value (peak) during the downward pressure process, which is the strength value.

Characteristics of fertilizer average compressive strength tester:

1. The touch screen display displays real-time force values, displacement deformations, and automatically saves the maximum value of the current test; The display interface can display the test curve in real time; Test real-time parameters such as speed and deformation.

4. The test speed and return speed can be set separately; At the end of the experiment, it will automatically return to its initial position.

5. Equipped with a standard micro printer, it can print results at any time and can calculate multiple test results, maximum, minimum, and average values.

6. Segmented speed control during the experimental process: The speed of the indenter before and after contact with the specimen is independently controlled to ensure accurate experimental results and high experimental efficiency.
